*Uh, Dude, tomorrow's already the 10th...*

The Dude's landlord. Known as Marty, but whose full name is Martin Randahl (played by Jack Kehler), is also a beloved local performer of performance art. Many friends, acquaintances, neighbors, and even tenants have been invited to many of his invariable dance quintets, you know, his cycle.

But hey, he's pretty lax on rent though. Which is far out. ✊
